Ozone

Ozone is an oxidizer of great demand in chemical production. Only fluorine has stronger oxidizing ability but ozone is an ecologically clean element and does not have detrimental compounds as chlorine. The wide use of ozone in the world industry is restrained by traditional ozone-producing technologies, which are very complicated and expensive. Industrial Group Finprom-Resource Ltd. has found fundamentally new ways of ozone production in the R&D activities.

The laboratory of ozone technologies is developing next generation industrial ozonizers based on technologies provided with patents in 2003.

The main advantage of BESTR 2000 development from other well-known analogs is the lowest level of electric energy consumption per mass unit of produced ozone (3,5 kilowatt per 1 kg of ozone). Our research and testing enabled us to get physical and mathematical models of next generation ozonizers, study new materials and run a set of applied experiments.

At present we have accumulated thorough knowledge of ozone generation, created prototypes of ozonizers and their control systems. The main scientific efforts of our company are directed to a product with a wide range of application in different branches of production: chemistry industry, agriculture, ecology, cellulose bleaching.

Patent search proves the novelty of our scientific research and the possibility for getting patents for inventions and utility models. A number of manufacturing companies are interested in our developments in this field, we have reached arrangements of cooperation and commercial application of our equipment and technologies.
